DAY 01 | GUWAHATI – SHILLONG

Upon arrival at Guwahati Airport, meet our representative and begin your journey towards Shillong, the scenic capital of Meghalaya. En route, enjoy the beautiful surroundings of Umiam Lake, a picturesque reservoir surrounded by lush green hills. Spend some time enjoying the peaceful landscape and capturing photographs. Continue your drive towards Shillong. Upon arrival, check in to your hotel and relax after the journey. The evening is free at leisure. You may spend time relaxing at the hotel or exploring the nearby surroundings on your own. Overnight stay in Shillong.

DAY 02 | SHILLONG – CHERRAPUNJEE

After breakfast, check out and proceed towards Cherrapunjee, also known as Sohra, renowned for its dramatic landscapes, waterfalls, caves and lush green surroundings. Begin your sightseeing with a visit to the spectacular Nohkalikai Falls. Continue to Mawsmai Cave and explore its fascinating natural formations. Later, visit Seven Sisters Falls and enjoy the scenic views of the surrounding hills. Continue your sightseeing with a visit to Arwah Caves, known for their natural rock formations and forested surroundings. After completing the day's sightseeing, proceed to Cherrapunjee and check in to your hotel. Overnight stay in Cherrapunjee.

DAY 03 | CHERRAPUNJEE – DOUBLE DECKER LIVING ROOT BRIDGE

After breakfast, prepare for an exciting trek to the famous Double Decker Living Root Bridge. The trek takes approximately 3 hours and passes through lush green surroundings, forested landscapes and the unique natural environment of Cherrapunjee. The Double Decker Living Root Bridge is a remarkable attraction showcasing the traditional relationship between local communities and nature. After completing the trek, return and relax. Later, explore the local churches and visit the Cherrapunjee markets. Spend some time experiencing the local atmosphere and exploring local shops. Return to the hotel and relax. Overnight stay in Cherrapunjee.

DAY 04 | CHERRAPUNJEE – MAWLYNNONG – DAWKI – SHILLONG

After breakfast, check out and drive towards Mawlynnong, known for its beautiful village setting and natural surroundings. Upon arrival, explore the village and experience its peaceful atmosphere and local lifestyle. Visit the Living Root Bridge and enjoy the surrounding greenery.After exploring Mawlynnong, continue towards Dawki, located near the India–Bangladesh border. Upon arrival, enjoy the scenic beauty of the crystal-clear waters of the Umngot River and its surrounding landscapes. Spend some time enjoying the peaceful riverside setting and taking photographs. Later, begin your return journey towards Shillong. Upon arrival, check in to your hotel and relax. Overnight stay in Shillong.

DAY 05 | SHILLONG – GUWAHATI DEPARTURE

After breakfast, check out from the hotel and proceed towards Guwahati. On arrival in Guwahati, you will be transferred to Guwahati Airport or Railway Station according to your departure schedule. Your memorable Meghalaya journey comes to an end with beautiful memories of Shillong, Cherrapunjee, Mawlynnong and Dawki.
