Day 1: Arrival and Ajodhya Hills Exploration
Upon arrival at Purulia station, our representative will receive you and take you to Ajodhya Hills. After checking in at the hotel and having breakfast, you will begin your sightseeing journey. Your first day will include visits to scenic spots like Mayur Pahar, the tranquil Marble Lake, and the beautiful Bamni Falls. After exploring these places, return to the hotel for lunch and some rest. In the evening, you’ll visit Murguma Dam, a peaceful spot to relax amidst nature. Later, return to the hotel for dinner and a peaceful overnight stay.

Day 2: Exploring Downhill Ajodhya and Local Culture
After breakfast, start your day exploring the lesser-known but equally fascinating downhill areas of Ajodhya Hills. First, visit Matha Hill and the artistic Pakhi Pahar (Bird Hill), followed by a trip to the scenic Khairabera Dam. You’ll also visit Charida Village, well-known for its handmade Chhau masks and rich cultural heritage. Stop at our partner homestay to enjoy a traditional lunch. Afterward, visit Kesto Bazar Dam, Laharia Shiv Mandir, and the Lower and Supper Dams. In the evening, return to the hotel for dinner and rest.

Day 3: Garpanchakot, Baranti & Departure
Post breakfast, check out from the hotel and proceed towards Garpanchakot and Baranti. On the way, stop at Joychandi Hill, famously known for being a shooting location of Satyajit Ray’s film Hirak Rajar Deshe. You can climb nearly 450 steps to reach the temple atop the hill for a panoramic view. After this, halt near Raghunathpur for lunch. Continue your journey towards Garpanchakot and visit the Panchet Dam. Finally, spend your evening at the picturesque Baranti Lake, enjoying the stunning sunset view. After the sightseeing, we will drop you at Purulia or Adra station for your return journey.
